Women sewing together during the IQI Quilt-In

Guests and members are welcome to our two-day guild retreat at Techny Tower Retreat and Conference Center on Waukegan Road in Northbrook (January 25-27, 2019).

You’ll have all the comforts of home, along with plenty of creativity, conversation, laughter and fun! There are only 56 beds available, so when they’re filled, that’s all folks! Get a roommate or two and come sew.

We’ll begin Friday afternoon. Bring your own supplies and we’ll provide the tables and chairs and share the centrally-located irons and ironing boards. After making your own dinner plans that evening, you can sew until you decide to stop.

Meals will be provided on Saturday and Sunday. We'll also offer workshops on Saturday, attendance optional. The Mystery Quilt will be in full swing, and that too, is your choice. To learn more, click to download the supply list.

We’ll sew all weekend until we turn the irons off and clear out at 4pm Sunday.

Sound like fun? Imagine what you can accomplish! This event is a great opportunity to meet people, make new friends and re-connect with those who come every year because it’s so much fun! We hope you’ll join us!
